From the reviews
I've been going to Daniela's workout classes for around 18 years, and her barre/pilates workouts are amazing! Whether you want an in class or an at home workout, she has both available with her program (bonus with the at home weight training workouts).
I have been going to Barre2Pilates with Daniela for close to 8 years! It is the best workout you’ll ever get. It is the perfect workout for a woman’s body. Never gets boring, is always challenging. The perfect blend of barre work, strength training, Pilates and always getting a good stretch in.
I absolutely love Daniella’s classes! I used to dread working out, but that all changed when I found this place. Daniella has a unique way of making every class both challenging and accessible for all fitness levels. Since joining, my strength, balance, and posture have improved.
Get ready for a great workout at Barre2Pilates! I was in town visiting family and paid only $10 for a hour long drop-in class - Daniela was professional and welcoming and the class was fun and challenging. I will be back and recommend it to anyone who wants a great workout in Mentor!
Your first barre class at Barre2Pilates LLC
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: required here, and sold on-site if you don’t have a pair; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
