From the reviews
I found BIA Fitness sometime in 2021 through Groupon. I'd stop, and come back - stop and come back. The thing is? I ALWAYS came back! I didn't realize (until recently) the positive impact this modest, inviting studio would have on both my mental & physical health.
I joined Barre in 2017 & haven’t looked back since! They were my go-to studio when I wanted to get in shape for my wedding, as well as during (& after) my first pregnancy. The variety of classes offered is exactly what I was looking for & their pricing is by far the most affordable in the area.
I can't say enough about my wonderful experience at Barre It all! This studio has truly redefined my fitness journey with the variety of classes. What sets Barre It All apart is the sense of community fostered within its walls.
I’ve been taking classes at BIA for nearly 6 years, and they never get any easier. Not only has my body transformed and become so much stronger, but my mind has as well. Love the community and instructors, I’ve been lucky to form some great friendships here!
Your first barre class at Barre It All Fitness
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
