From the reviews
This is a really dedicated and professional Pilates instructor! She has all the basic qualities a Pilates coach should have. She knows exactly which part of the body each move targets. On top of that, she also takes care of my special needs. Every time I take her class, it's super well - organized.
Brand new studio with luxury equipment. Bright and clean. There is a super sunny core room for Pilates groups. Flow room fits small groups for Barre, Dance, Aerial Yoga and Pilates. Instructors are nice, passionate, and professional. Location is easy to find and parking friendly.

So happy I found this studio that gives me a program that caters to my background as a dancer. After an hour, I really feel that I’m targeting the right areas and getting a great workout with Emily. She’s fantastic!
Your first barre class at Zenith Pilates
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
