I took my first class 6 years ago, coming to class is one of the best parts of my day! I never thought of my self as the type of person to take classes at the gym or workout in a group, if you're on the fence and not sure whether you could workout in a group, I highly recommend giving it a try.
I absolutely love Truecore! All the instructors are super knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is extremely clean and I feel completely comfortable working out there. The classes are challenging and fun! I was addicted to Pilates after the first class.
I love everything about TrueCore, I’ve been a devoted member for over 2 years, and TrueCore is everything rolled into one, it’s a great place to have an amazing workout & meet new people. In addition it’s a fantastic opportunity to make new friends, which isn’t always easy when you have a busy mom schedule.

New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
