I Love Three Fifteen. This is the first exercise class that really kicks my butt from start to finish. It pushes me to the max and I always leave feeling so much stronger, both mentally and physically. I love every instructor and they always motive me to push even harder!
Three15 is amazing!! The instructors are all so upbeat and positive and it is an AMAZING workout!! The variety of the exercises throughout the class is challenging yet fun! I highly recommend it!!
THE BEST PLACE- I am pushed harder and further than I would ever go by myself not because of pressure but because I know the instructors BELIEVE IN ME and I want to prove them right! The best workout (burned 700 active cals in an hour yesterday). The best atmosphere (everyone cheers). THE BEST EVERYTHING- PERIOD.

New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
