From the reviews
The Wellness Vault is awesome! I am in week 2 of my two-week starter trial and signed up for a 12 month unlimited subscription. I try to go as much as possible and enjoy all of the types of classes (various yoga, Pilates - inferno is nuts but in a good way. barre, and more)!
I’m so glad to have something like the wellness vault in Cheney. As many will say, you will find people on different parts of their wellness journey in an inclusive environment. However, I think it is also important to notice that you will find many different personalities at the Wellness Vault.
I LOVE the wellness vault. I’ve been looking for a studio that does it all- yoga, Pilates, barre, HIIT and strength training! I grabbed the intro offer of unlimited classes for 2 weeks for just $39 and I’ve been trying every class, every instructor and every time slot- everyone is wonderful.
My experience at The Wellness Vault has been so positive - I would 100% recommend trying their 2-week Unlimited Trial to get a feel for what classes you enjoy and see all that is offered.
Your first barre class at The Wellness Vault
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
