The classes they teach
What's on offer
“The classes themselves are like a journey to inner peace, except instead of a peaceful mountain retreat, you’re in a room full of strangers trying not to fart.”
What members say again and again
“10/10 would recommend to anyone who loves an amazing full body work out, good tunes, and positive vibes!”
“And the community at Ritual Vitality is like a family, except instead of holiday dinners, you bond over your shared love of savasana and coconut water.”
From the reviews
Ritual Vitality is like entering a zen paradise – if paradise had a scent, it would be a mix of incense and sweaty yoga mats. The environment is so calming, you’ll feel your stress melt away before you even hit your first downward dog.
Kati’s barre class is a MUST for any bachelorettes out there! Her barre class incorporates fun dance moves, cardio, weights, bands (depending on what you want your target areas to be) and she will add in some of your favorite songs for the workout! Me and my girls had the best time!
Kait is by far one of the best yoga instructors I have encountered. Her positivity and enthusiasm made me want to match her energy. I held a private class with a group of gals who had little to no experience with yoga. All of them left with wonderful feedback on their first yoga session.
I LOVE Kait’s classes! I try to do a variety of workouts to keep my body guessing and Kait’s classes are not only the perfect pairing with HIIT and cardio workouts, but they are always new, include diverse muscle groups with each movement, and her instruction is amazing!
Your first barre class at Ritual Vitality
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
