From the reviews
I love Pure Barre New Tampa! I have been to other studios and they are just as great as the others. The instructors are very knowledgeable and the Baristas are super friendly. The atmosphere allows you to have fun while working your toosh off!
I used to do CrossFit for two years at 5 AM. I stopped noticing results and it was hard to get up at that time. I switched to club Pilates but didn’t feel like it did anything for me. I tried a class here and I loved it! The workouts are not super difficult to get through but very effective.
Pure Barre is a great, all inclusive workout. You can feel every muscle working. The instructors are hands on, energetic, and keep you motivated the entire 50 minutes. I’ve been coming for a month now and love it.
Pure Barre New Tampa is THE BEST fitness center in Tampa! From the moment I stepped into their beautiful studio I felt nothing but warm and friendly vibes from all of the staff and instructors.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
