Great studio and workouts are terrific. The owners Jenny & Suzanne are very friendly. Love all the instructors I've had, they put alot of effort into creating a great workout for everyone. I'm happy I joined this club. Friendly Bunch. Donna Z
Been a member since 2018 and still love it. Great workouts, amazing instructors, and a super friendly community. I’ve seen excellent results and made some wonderful friends here. Highly recommend Pure Barre North Raleigh!
I love this studio! Felt like a part of the fam as soon as I started coming. One of my favorite parts of the day is coming to class. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and impactful workout!
This is a small studio. For this reason, the community and instructors are incredibly welcoming, kind, intimidating, and almost family like. I love how low impact the workouts are. At the same time they make you sweat with tiny movements that really make your muscles scream.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
