From the reviews
My girlfriend has been going here for the last few months and the results have been amazing. She started with the basic Barre class, but is now also taking the more intensive classes and loves it. I pick her up from this location and the staff is always very friendly with me.
I had such a great experience at Pure Barre! As a beginner, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the class exceeded my expectations. Megan and Isabella were absolutely amazing—so patient, kind, and accommodating. They really made me feel comfortable and supported the entire time.
Clean space, great workout. Megan was attentive, energetic and encouraging throughout. The class flowed well, and the portal was quick and easy to use to book a class. Overall, awesome experience!
Every class here leaves me feeling empowered and strong. The instructors are supportive and really know how to motivate, making workouts something I actually look forward to.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
