Pure Barre has made a huge impact in my core strength. All the instructors are fantastic, especially Nikki. She is AMAZING!!! Nikki is encouraging, inspiring, and gives lots of shout-outs to the students. Even her counts through difficult sets are done in a way so that it feels achievable. Thank you, Nikki!
A friend introduced me to Pure Barre at the end of February and I have quickly become addicted! They have childcare so it has become a daily routine for us. My daughter LOVES it and will ask me if we can go to Pure Barre. Hearing it out of a 2.5 year old's mouth is just so adorable!
I have never been here but I love this place. My wife is obsessed and goes everyday working out like a crazy person. She loves it and it’s become an essential part of her day. Happy wife happy life.
Great instructors! They are always helpful. This is the most generous Pure Barre that I have ever been to! It's my favorite! Always a good workout... difficult but rewarding! High intensity, low impact! I really love the results that I seeing in my own body!
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
