From the reviews
Joining Pure Barre Palm Beach Gardens has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. From day one, I felt welcomed, supported, and inspired. Danielle, the owner, has created such a warm and empowering atmosphere, and every instructor brings that same level of care, encouragement, and positivity into each…
I joined Pure Barre in January 2024 needing a change and new motivation with working out. I LOVE everything about it. Lots of flexibility with class types and times for different schedules. The instructors are all so positive and motivating and give lots of one on one help. I’ve met so many nice women in classes.
I have been attending classes at this studio for the last 9 months. It is a nice studio, clean and welcoming. The workout is fun and effective! Some instructors are more engaging than others and do a better job of walking around correcting form. The lobby is a bit small, but it does have a small dressing room.
I’ve been doing group classes my whole life and this is the first one I’ve stuck with consistently for over 6 months. The workout room is clean and you’re always greeted at the door by an employee.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
