From the reviews
I’ve really been enjoying taking classes here for the last 5 months. The classes are challenging, and I love to feel muscles I haven’t felt in years feeling sore. The 30 minute classes are a go to for my busy schedule, but I also really enjoy the longer classes too.

I have been going to this studio for about 7 months now and I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The various class formats are all equally enjoyable and challenging. I have noticed a significant difference in my core strength and stability which is an awesome achievement!
I have been taking classes at Pure Barre since 2016! The workouts are consistently challenging, never easy ….. that’s why I keep coming back. It’s a great whole body workout. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
