From the reviews
Pure Barre Fayetteville is fantastic! The Pure Barre team is friendly and welcoming and the new studio is beautiful! Classes are offered any time of the time to accommodate busy schedules and I love that I can get my early morning workout in before my day as a working mom moves full speed ahead.
Moving from central AR to NWA meant leaving a Pure Barre studio that I loved, and I was unsure that another studio could live up to my expectations. Pure Barre Fayetteville has happily exceeded those. The staff is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging.
Pure Barre has been a gift to me. I was struggling with fatigue, stamina, strength, and memory loss due to perimenopause as well as stress. Pure Barre challenged me and stretched me in ways I needed. It has given me my life back.
I started attending classes at Pure Barre - Fayetteville while I was rehabbing a knee injury. The instructors were very helpful in modifying some of the postures for my injury. I highly recommend Pure Barre to anyone that is looking for a friendly and accommodating studio.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
