From the reviews
I have been coming to this Pure Barre location for over 2 years. When it comes to the instructors and staff they are phenomenal ladies (Special 🌟 shout out to: Amanda, Jessie, Katy, Elise, Garity, Caitlin, and Emma!) They are always excited to teach class and always listen to recommendations especially on playlists.
I absolutely love Pure Barre !! This workout is like no other. The entire staff & instructors are very nice and love to motivate everyone the minute you walk in the into class, great music, you feel the burn for sure but totally worth 1 hour of my day. Love this place
Pure Barre Chandler has become my go-to workout spot. Having had knee surgery 20 years ago, I hesitated to exercise regularly for a long time because I kept getting injured, until I found Pure Barre. The low-impact, full-body workout keeps me active while keeping my joints safe. The instructors are top-notch.
For the shy or scared female, dealing w mental health or pain issues. This place is for you. From my 1st class they knew my name as soon as I walked into the door. The classes have given me confidence and have eased my chronic pain and mental health issues more than anything I have tried.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
