From the reviews
As a brand new member and first time trying Barre I cannot say enough good things about Amy’s studio. My first instructor Mollie C made the experience so approachable. She was warm, instructive, fun and incredibly capable. Next class I had Holly and she too was the same. Helpful when needed, encouraging always !
I can't say enough wonderful things about Pure Barre. I began working out here after a major health situation that left me with nearly no core strength. After just five classes (in seven days) I began to notice an extreme shift in my body. I've now been a member for seven months and I am obsessed with Pure Barre.
Consistently working out at Pure Barre Bozeman has helped me in countless ways. The classes are always different, so I stay interested and focused. One class covers everything, all that’s required is turning off my mind and doing my best.
This was my first time visiting this location and Amy and Kait (manager and instructor) were very welcoming and helpful.. as well as the other students. Some other exercise studios I’ve been too can be a bit cold in their welcome of new clients - not this one. It was a great experience, and a great class!
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
