From the reviews
Pulse is so much more than a group fitness studio, it is truly a community. Cass is building something special. It is reflected in each class, in every instructor, and all the extra fun events she puts on. Whether you are looking to burn it out or take it down a notch there is something for everyone.
Pulse vibes are truly unmatched!! I leave every single class with such a great mindset going into the rest of my day. Honestly forget I am working out most classes cause it just feels like a party! Great music, clean space, and great location with parking lot.
From the moment you walk into Pulse, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The classes are top-notch, challenging, fun, and led by incredibly motivating instructors. A huge shoutout to Cassidy, the owner, who has created such an inspiring space.
I went to my first Barre class at Pulse last night and I am HOOKED! I have always struggled with my weight and was extremely nervous to try a group fitness class, but Pulse exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, Cassidy was so kind and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease.
Your first barre class at Pulse Barre + Fitness
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
