Precision Pilates is fantastic, if you are a beginner or more experienced don't hesitate to try out one of their three locations. All of their instructors are highly skilled, engaging and experienced at adjusting the moves to your level of expertise.
This Place & these Owners & teachers have changed my life. I have never liked working out and have always struggled with my weight. I finally found my happy place working out here. Not only do you get a KILLER workout you leave feeling Empowered. 8years Strong I think or more. ❤️Nancy & Liz❤️
I joined Precision Pilates about a month ago. I'm loving the Precision Ageless Fitness class with instructor Gary Martinello. This class has been designed for anyone who would like to improve their flexibility, balance, and coordination all while increasing muscle strength and endurance along with bone density.
I joined Precision Pilates nearly two years ago and have been a faithful client ever since. With your choice of their Danvers or Ipswich studio, there is always a BARRE, PILATES or YOGA class on the schedule to keep you motivated.
Your first barre class at Precision Pilates
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
