My first Lagree class! Referred by a friend. Wow 🤩 what a great way to learn how to use so many muscles at different points. It was a special theme day, which added an element of fun with low lights and glow in the dark stuff. While I had to take several breaks, my body feels good.
Addicted to Lagree... I was recently introduced (few months ago) to Lagree and was so excited to have found Lux Lagree in Temecula so close to home. Lagree is my favorite workout! I've tried all instructors thus far and everyone is amazing and challenging.
I have been consistently attending classes at Lux Lagree since may 24,2025, since then I have lost 4.5inches on my waist and more every where else. I have gained not just strength and muscle from Lagree but I have finally gained confidence In every aspect of my life.
I'm obsessed. Firstly, Jasmine was amazing. I felt supported and encouraged through the entire class! Just the right amount of intensity and burn with all the love of low impact. This is for all levels and all body types. Come get strong with us!
Your first barre class at Lux Lagree Fitness
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
