My first time trying Pilates for the first time was here at ilovemypilates. I was so wrong about Pilates. It absolutely gives you an intense workout. My instructor was Athena, she was tough mind you this was an intro class. I absolutely loved her attitude and motivation that she delivered throughout the class.
I love coming here for various Pilates based workout classes! The owner Athena holds a high regard for classical reformer Pilates and its rehabilitation potential. The studio is fully equipped for reformer Pilates, barre, and TRX. Additionally, the studio is well kept and always clean.
Since attending i love my pilates, my experience here has been amazing!! The ambiance is so inviting, Athena and her team are all so motivating, and the overall vibe is positive. The workouts have challenged me in unexpected ways, making each session both enjoyable and rewarding.

Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
