From the reviews
I signed up for Hotworx on my very first visit, and Luis made the experience so much better than I expected. I haven’t worked out in over 15 years, and he actually worked out alongside me to help me feel comfortable and confident.
Have been a member since this location opened. There were some issues with manning a couple years ago. I believe the new manager is doing a good job addressing many of the issues created by previous manager. Staff is always helpful and kind. I have enjoyed my membership.
I look forward every week to going to HOTWORX! The building is clean and always well kept. The staff are friendly and helpful. And, the infrared saunas are a little slice of heaven! My favorite classes are Hot Yoga, Pilates and Hot Stretch! Money well spent!
I have absolutely loved my experience at HOTWORX! It’s been nothing short of exceptional. The facility is always clean, and the staff works incredibly hard, even when they’re short-staffed. Those who are there consistently go above and beyond to ensure members have a great experience. The workouts are life-changing.
Your first barre class at HOTWORX - Farmington, UT - Station Park
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
