I am new to Pilates and when Endeavor opened a location near me I decided to give it a try. So thankful that I did! Katie and EVERY instructor I've had are all supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable.
Welcoming, clean, inspiring space. Enthusiastic, friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable instructor! I signed up for a free pilates demo. Expected a quick overview of the reformer machine & studio offerings but the instructor gave me a thorough overview AND an entire workout! She didn't quit smiling the entire time!

EYP is my favorite location for Pilates, Yoga and Barre. Elyse, Megan Lillian and Rita are wonderful, supportive, and knowledgeable. I have been to a few other Pilates, Barre and Yoga studios in the area and Endeavor is the best in terms of varied class content, class size and management.

New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
