The studio is very clean and well maintained. The instructors are very knowledgable and offer modifications to help individuals who may have movement/orthopedic restrictions. The instructors also give pointers and advice to help you maintain proper form .
I have tried ALL THE THINGS and CoreFit’s power Pilates has been my absolute favorite workout I’ve ever done. Every single instructor is different but amazing in their own way. I never get tired of coming and I feel so much stronger since starting a few months ago. Highly highly recommend!

One of the best Pilates-style classes I’ve ever taken. Incredibly challenging in the most effective way—slow, controlled movements that target muscles you didn’t even know you had. The workout is low-impact but seriously intense, and you feel the burn almost immediately.

What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
