I’m OBSESSED with this studio & love all the staff. I’ve attended over 100 different classes between all the different instructors over the past year. It’s my favorite Fall & Winter work out🥵Sometimes they even have guest instructors too. Each instructor brings a different vibe.

Colettes class is nothing short of absolutely fabulous, from the good vibes, curated play lists, steamy energy that makes you want to shake your ass and work out at the same time! No wonder she is waitlisted all the time, she’s rockstar!
If you want to sweat, this is the place to go! Great environment! Great people! All the instructors are so warm and caring and make modifications based on your limit! Def recommend if your in the long beach area!

What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
