From the reviews
The team of instructors at B3 Stone Oak are all amazing women and each bring their own unique energy to class! This studio offers Barre3 Signature, Strength and Cardio classes with 45 min and 60 min options seven days a week. Hope to move with you soon!
After nearly 18 years as a runner, I decided to incorporate barre into my routine, and the past three months have been transformative. Barre3 is incredibly effective. Running used to leave me tight and fatigued, but barre has improved my mobility and strengthened muscles. Mentally, the impact has been just as profound.
I’ve been a fan of Barre3 for years and am SO excited to have a studio in San Antonio! I could not be happier with this studio. The instructors are excellent and so friendly. The design of the space is gorgeous and so welcoming.

Your first barre class at barre3
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
