From the reviews
Annika was great during our snow day class. She was very hands on with making sure I was positioned correctly! This was one of the prettiest Barre3 studios I've been to as well! Great design and woodwork, open and spacious.
I’ve been wanting to write a nice long review for Barre3 Issaquah Highlands (definitely one of my happy places) forever, and a few days before the new year feels like the perfect time to finally do it. First off, ALL the instructors at this location are amazing.
I love this studio! My first two weeks were incredibly amazing! The classes are challenging and I can alert notice my strength improving! The shakes in my muscles burning and working feel amazing!!! The strength sessions are my absolute favorite!
Absolutely fantastic barre studio! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and energized by the friendly and professional staff. The studio is spotless and beautifully designed, creating an inspiring atmosphere for workouts.
Your first barre class at barre3
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
