Jana is an amazing instructor! I am new to barre and it’s been a wonderful experience. Jana is very experienced & committed. I am so happy I found Barre. I am obsessed! I feel much more stronger in a short period of time. I can’t wait to see where I will be in 3 months. Thank you so much Jana.
LOVE Barre Haus! It's the first workout I've ever been able to stick to for more than a couple months...but I'm addicted. The results are a great motivator! The instructors are awesome, the space is beautiful, the app is easy to use and best of all...the workout is challenging at any level.
I’ve been going to Barre Haus for over a year now! It’s the most consistent I’ve ever been going to a gym AND I can see physical results! Great workouts and supportive instructors! It’s easy to sign up week to week using the app and I love the flexibility of morning and evening classes!
Your first barre class at Barre Haus
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
