I have been taking online fitness classes with Nicole Grant from Barre Fit Warriors since it opened back in 2021 and I couldn't be happier with the results! She is an amazing fitness coach and really knows how to motivate and push you to do your best.
Love BFW’s online classes- every class is a little different so you never get bored and the coach Nicole is great at correcting your form in real-time…Nothing gets past her eagle eye!
Best exercise class I have ever taken to tone and build muscle. The individual attention by Nicole in class is phenomenal. She knows the fitness level of each of her students and encourages each to reach their limits. And have a mentioned it is all online.
Barre Fit Warriors is the best fitness experience I’ve ever had. I’ve danced for twenty years and am consistently impressed by the quality of Nicole’s instruction and her attention to detail. At BFW, you can work out in the convenience of your own home while taking an extremely high quality and challenging class.
Your first barre class at Barre Fit Warriors
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
